    You confirm that the details you provide are true and complete to the best of your knowledge. If false or misleading information is given this may affect the service or delay the delivery of the report

  2. Ownership and authority
    If you are not the legal owner of the property you confirm that you have the right and authority to request this service on behalf of the owner or the successors

  3. Documents
    You understand that providing the required property documents such as the title deed or property certificate is necessary for the valuation to be carried out properly

  4. Purpose of valuation
    You agree to clearly state the purpose of the valuation whether it is for sale purchase mortgage legal case inheritance or other reasons

  5. Compliance and standards
    All reports issued by our office are prepared in full compliance with the International Valuation Standards IVS the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors RICS the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice CUSPAP and the standards recognized by family courts in Australia and the United States of America

  6. Confidentiality
    All information and documents you provide are kept strictly confidential and are used only for the purpose of completing the requested valuation

  7. Appointment and fees
    You agree that the booking of an appointment does not guarantee the delivery of the final report until all required documents are received and the professional fees are settled

  8. Limitation of responsibility
    Our reports represent an independent professional opinion based on the information and documentation provided. We do not take responsibility for undisclosed issues or hidden defects in the property
